Monitoring the negative and positive pressure waveform signals from vacuum ports on intake manifolds of multi-cylinder engines, the VacuumMate Allweather allows the extremely accurate synchronization of up to 4 carburetors or injection throttle bodies at once (6 if used with the 4 into 2 manifold adapter), in a choice of 3 range scales (5-25, 20-40, 35-55 cm/Hg). No loss of resolution occurs as each range is selected, unlike other tools on the market. In average (AVE) mode, bright, rapidly reacting LED-arrays display the average intake vacuum (cm/Hg) on each channel at a resolution of 0.5 cm of mercury. New for 2002, the VacuumMate Allweather features a buoyant and highly water resistant housing to protect the instrument in the event that it is dropped overboard or used in inclement     weather conditions. Load Tester Features:
* Six Load Test Choices, 15A to 150 Amps, for all starter batteries from 2.5Ah to 45Ah. * Load Test Duration: choose 3 seconds (standard crank test ) or 15 seconds (long crank & battery capacity check). * Tester automatically disabled by programmed "REST" periods of 20 seconds following a 3-second TEST, or 60 seconds following a 15-second TEST, to protect against overheating. * Clear LED indications to user during "TEST" & "REST" (disabled) periods. * "CHARGE>4h" LED indications when battery is too weak to show a test result. * Automatic (resetting) disablement in case of overheating, with LED status indication.

Automatic Charger Features:
* 6 Constant Current settings from 1A to 9A for correct, most time-effective charging. * Powerful, rapid Constant Current charging mode automatically followed by 13.8V Constant Voltage maintenance mode until selected time (maximum 6 hours) has elapsed. * Charging mode switch-over to "maintenance" is triggered by accurate voltage sensing, with a positive selection for the higher switch-over voltage required by "MF" fully sealed glass-wool-separator type batteries.
