SUDCO sells wholesale only to legitimate motorcycle businesses (licensed, established commercial places of business serving the general public in areas of motorcycle sales service and/or parts and accessories).
Our bona fide dealers deserve protection against others selling wholesale and competing unfairly with legitimate dealers.

We request that our dealers completely fill out our application form and return it to us.

Upon approval as a bona fide Sudco dealer, we will send you our dealer price list and ordering instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone not meeting our customer requirements.
